Tissue Jumbo Roll (Semi-finished Goods)

NTPM is Malaysia leading manufacturer of Tissue Jumbo Roll (AKA Semi finished Goods or Parent Reel or Mother Roll) with extensive range of materials include virgin pulp, mechanical pulp, recycled paper, old corrugated carton and etc.

Our Tissue Jumbo Roll can be produced from the range 13gsm up to 50gsm in many grades as follows:

  • Toilet
  • Facial
  • Hand Towel
  • Kitchen Towel
  • Napkin
We have assortment of manufacturing processes which is able to customize unique specifications to meet your customized needs. If your market demands Tissue Jumbo Roll in color to make brown napkin, blue towel or any color in any grade, NTPM is the right place and we would love to hear from you.

NTPM is equipped with slitting machines which is able to slit the Tissue Jumbo Roll into any sizes desired.

Core Wrap Jumbo Roll

NTPM is one of the leading manufacturers of Core Wrap (AKA Carrier Tissue) that aims to produce high quality of core wrap tissue. Core wrap tissue is webs of tissue paper used as absorbent core wrap material for diapers and sanitary napkins products. We have produced our Core Wrap from the range of 15gsm up to 22gsm.

MG Paper Jumbo Roll

Description – Machine Glazed (MG) paper is an uncoated paper with gloss appearance on one side and a slightly coarse surface on the other side. It is slightly stiffer than other papers which leads to excellent processing through converting equipment. The applications of MG paper are mainly for packing or wrapping purpose due to its high strength characteristic. We are producing 100% recycled white and brown MG paper 1-ply in Jumbo Roll (or parent reel). Our MG paper have been produced in a variety of basic weights such as 22, 24, 28, 33 & 35, all with deckle size 1,690mm. Every single roll will be fully shrink wrapped and FSC certification is available upon request too.
